Improving the quality of products made by enterprises of the food industry is regarded in modern conditions of globalization of the economy as a critical element in defining the possibility of increasing its competitiveness. The solution of this problem is the result of high production efficiency, accelerate scientific and technological progress, increase productivity, improve competitiveness on the basis of application in the production activity of modern systems of quality management.
