The modified simulation model of pitting corrosion under potentiostatic condition is proposed. This model includes additional parameter which establishes linkage between specific frequencies of pit generation and pit passivation. It is shown that changes in the ratio between the areas of the passive surface and the pitted surface leads to change in frequencies of pits generation and passivation. So the necessity in adding into the model of two output parameters: calculated frequencies of pit generation and pit passivation is shown. The presence of the dynamic quiescent conditions on initial stage of pitting corrosion is determined. At such condition calculated pit generation and passivation frequencies values are equal to each other.
