The regional problem is stated and analytical formulas for calculation district components of speed and a structure of pressure on the basis of Reynolds's equations with use of hypothesis Prandtlja about length of a way of mixture are received. At linear approximation of radial speed the regional problem is solved with use of method Bubnova-Galerkina.
