Abstract (English):
In this scientific article special attention is given study of the problem absence of official information systems, containing topical and reliable information about blood donors , with automatic intelligent search , in the sense that in urgent situations, the recipient need to find a donor with the required blood group, taking into account the most nearest donor location of the recipient. The result of this work is to create an innovative model of information systems with intelligent search for information storage and processing of blood donors, as well as a web- interface that allows interaction with the recipient and the donor blood.
