Abstract (English):
In recent years, Russia significantly increased her interest in management subjects, business management ,companies transformation in organizational structures. For effective business management in the rapidly changing environment there is requirement in a such model of management which could promote the maintenance of enterprise competitive ability, the growth of labor productivity and economic indicators. In an effort to increase competitiveness Russian companies show their strong interest in the best world-wide practices in the field of enterprise management technology and they are actively looking for new ways to build up efficient productive systems.
