Abstract (English):
Distribution of velocity of the flow of gas in an external wave field at various distances from the open end of the tube at different amplitudes of displacement of the piston at the first eigenfrequency in a shock-free mode are experimentally investigated. Near the open end of the tube the core of the flow is formed. Its size is less than 0.7 the jet radii that is 2-9 times less than in the case of oscillations with the formation of shock waves. By increase in distance from the open end of the tube by 10 times the velocity of the flow of gas decreases by 25 times. With increase in amplitude of oscillations the velocity of the flow of gas grows at all distances from the open end of the tube.
