The treatment process of electroplatings waste as model copper-bearing waste was investigated with alkaline wastes of petrochemical manufactures. The kinetics of sedimentation due to the interaction with these wastes was studied. The kinetics of the process with calcium hydroxide was used as the model experiment. It is shown that the most efficient appeared to be the waste waters of ОАО «NizhnekamskNeftekhim».
