Abstract (English):
A method for calculation of profile and face clearances between the scrolls taking into consideration thermal deformations of scroll elements is presented. Initial data for calculation of thermal deformations of orbiting and fixed scrolls are temperature fields of all machine working elements surfaces. With the help of software Ansys deformations of orbiting and fixed scrolls in axial and radial directions are obtained. It is shown that the increase of evolvent angle twisting and temperature increase result in wrap shifting decrease. This shifting is minimal at the end portion in the centre of the scroll.
