The purpose of this work was to study the influence of the chemical structure of the phtalid-containing co-polyarylenetherketons (со-PАEK) on the charge generation and transportation process in fine polymer films. It has been established that subject to a chemical structure of co-polymers, activation energy may change from 0.02 to 1.05 eW. It has been shown that by changing of the polarizing field value it is possible to change the ratio between various contributions into depolarization current.
