Abstract (English):
The scientific novelty of work consists that not looking on problem ecological conditions in Nizhnekamsk area and in РТ as a whole, not looking on the significant contribution to pollution of an environment, one of the enterprises of a chemical and petrochemical industry, what is ОАО "«Нижнекамскнефтехим", due to purposeful ecological policy(politics), development and introduction of nature protection measures, энергосберегающих of technologies tries to reduce the negative influence by an environment, to improve conditions обитания and quality of life of the population of area.
