Abstract (English):
Efficiency of fumaric acid potassium salt prescription in complex therapy of 35 patients with acute bronchitis and 22 children with community-acquired pneumonia was investigated. 57 children with standard therapy were included in comparison group. The more quick regression of clinical parameters and lipid peroxidation processes in children with inflammatory process in bronchi was detected at registration. Stabilization of these factors in children with community-acquired pneumonia were slowere. Fumaric acid potassium salt prolonged course prescription during 28-30 days promoted normalizations of peroxidation processes in 90% children, whereas in comparison group - in 58,52% patients.
