The ensemble of stochastic processes theory application to study of modified version of simulation model is considered. It is shown that the time-dependent ratio of the standard deviation to the mean current value is convenient criterion to separate the area of metastable pits development and area of metastable and stable pits development. Functional dependence between the ratio of the standard deviation to the mean value and simulation model parameters allow us to figure out metastable and stable pit formation rates values.
