According to the rating Agency «Expert», Tatarstan Republic along with Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, entered TOP 5 regions of the Russian Federation, having the rating of investment attractiveness level 1A (that means «High potential is minimal risk»). Personnel component is one of the key rating criteria, and in Tatarstan high-quality training of labour resources traditionally paid much attention to. Dual education is recognized in the Republic as the most promising training form of workers and middle level specialists. Petrochemical industry and machinery are first in Tatarstan introduced the dual model of specialist’s training.
