The article covers the model-based representation included in the general theory of organizational effectiveness. The modeling of effective petrochemical region development is ”shaping” during the research of various modifications of interindustry balance, with certain values are accepted as known (exogenous), and others - as unknown (endogenous). The relationship between production, manufacturing resources and final demand is investigated in the article. The article also describes the determinant dependence of production and resource costs on the total final demand unit and on its functional structure.
