New optically active, racemic aryldithiophosphonic and bis(aryldithiophosphonic) O,S-acids have been synthesized. The composition and structure of these obtained compounds were studied. Tiophosphorilation of D-(+)-menthol and L-(+)-dimethyl tartrate doesn result to the racemization.
