Abstract (English):
In article the review on service infrastructure of Israel is offered and the essence on the organization and support of start-ups of the high-tech industries, representing complex tools which consist of the purposes (the main and secondary), tasks and the mechanism of staging of carrying out examination of a startup is opened. The state role on business support, and also branch, academic science and commercialization of innovative technologies is noted. Relevance of application of model for a petrochemical complex of Russia is reflected.
