Abstract (English):
In the article the specificity of innovations life cycle on the basis of energy-saving technologies, i.e. pharma and medicine, is studied. Adaptation of life cycle’s stages and Russian National Classifier of Economic Activities is developed in order to implement mathematical modeling on Russian regions’ cluster hierarchy. It is found that regions perform different profile of branch-vise structure. In fact, significant potential of innovative biotechnological products’ application in Pharma and Medicine in proved, while the R&D stage requires additional stimulation. There is a solution in formation of virtual partnerships between pharmaceutical companies and Kazan National Research Technological University in accordance with established prospective directions of development resulting in increase of innovative product’s share.
