Abstract (English):
In the article considered basic aspects of formation a polymeric profile specialist’s professional competency, described results of psihologo-pedagogical researches in the field of formation of the competence in the conditions of development of innovative manufacture and modernisation strategy of education. Described the short requirements to the specialists of a polymeric profile, it’s given the substantiation of use of project training as the basic pedagogical technology of such experts education.
