Abstract (English):
“Cold” plasma (about 10kK) containing ultra dispersed powder is gas-solid flow with very rarefied solid component. For modeling of such flow the combined Eulerian - Lagrangian approach is used. Particle kinetics is modeled by random trajectories, particle-plasma interaction is modeled by two-phase continious medium conception. We also take into consideration reverse influence of particle on plasma. The suggested model allows to calculate output capacity of sublimation process.
