The influence of dispersed nanoparticles of diatomite and zeolite on electret properties of high density polyethylene was studied. The composition of samples was checked by the transmission measuring of laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.63 micron through a film of polyethylene with nanoparticles. The stability of the electret state and temperature dependence of electrical conductivity of these materials was investigated. It was shown that including of dispersed nanoparticles increases of electret state stability. It was established that the influence of electrical conduction on charge relaxation process with rising of temperature increases.
