Abstract (English):
The influence of different factors - concentration of polymer in the solution and its molecular weight, the thickness of the film obtained and way of its modification on transport and sorption ability of the film on the base of chitosan were considered. The research of transport characteristics was carried out using drug namely chloramphenicol added in composition of the film.
