Abstract (English):
The introduction of two new citation parameters of researchers in national research university, which are based on Hirsh indexes according two independent databases citation RISC and Scopus, and the age of a particular researcher, has been proposed and justified. Statistical data on the values of these indicators in the Kazan National Research Technological University have been presented, too.
