Abstract (English):
The prerequisites of the formation of foreign language communicative competency (FLCC) for bachelors of technical college are considered, the analysis of foreign and domestic approaches of the formation of bachelors’ FLCC is given. The substantial characteristic of bachelors’ FLCC in the technical college is given, the structural components of the FLCC is defined. The model of formation of bachelors’ FLCC is studied.
