Subject of study in this paper is to study the issues of competitiveness analysis and identification of ways to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise LLC «Poultry Complex «Ak Bars». To achieve this, the following tasks: analysis of the environment in which the company operates; determined its strengths and weaknesses; conducted SWOT - analysis of a company, reveals its competitive advantages, to improve the competitive position and market share, the company offers the studied basic ways to improve its competitiveness. Defined numerical values of the company'scompetitiveness.
