Dynamics of development of the branches of food and processing industry for the period till 2020 will be formed under the influence of various factors, which include determining the demand for certain types of food from various social groups and the population income growth and the entry of Russia into the world economic space and increasing the likelihood of risks to sustainable and dynamic development of the food industry from the world food market.
