Reactions of formation of heteronuclear com-plexes of cobalt(II), nickel(II) and oxovanadi-um(IV) with diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid in aqueous solutions have been investigated by spectrophotometric method. Optimal conditions for the formation of heterometallic complex particles with equimolar proportions of the components in the coordination sphere in solutions have been explored. Values of the stability constants of heterobinuclear complexes have been calculated.
