The processes of proton magnetic relaxation in hydrated polymers were studied. It is established that in the presence of water spin-lattice relaxation in rigid-chain polymers that do not contain moving side substituents (for example, aromatic polyamides), is carried out mainly through a phase of sorbed water molecules which act as additional relaxation. For hydrated polysaccharides containing movable oxymethylene group, and flexible-chain aliphatic polyamides ( example capron) a significant contribution to the processes of spin-lattice relaxation make molecular motion activated rassteklovkoj their amorphous phase, which gave the opportunity for these polymers to register, respectively, the - and the-relaxation transitions .
