Abstract (English):
Physical and physical-and-chemical compatibility of compounds “tylan - additive agent” was researched. Additive agents: phthaloylgelatine, polyviol, polyethylene oxide. By serial reconstitute approach microbiological activity of tylan, it’s potential prolongators and binary compatible systems was researched. This polymers was recommended as perspective prolongation agents for modification of macrolide antibiotic tylan.
