Abstract (English):
The Russian part of the Arctic continental slope is one of the most perspective regions of the Kara Sea, in this regard the program of development of the shelf of the Russian Arctic is an important national strategic objective. Start of drilling in the Arctic will lay the foundation of the large-scale program of development of the coastline. Construction of new sea terminals, networks of railway and automobile lines is planned, and together with it is also creation more than two thousand new workplaces.
