In this article the author states a conception of module-networks tructure of Russia national innovative system. In author opinion such structure of national system is organic for Russia possessing extensive territory consistingof9 federal districts proportionate to territory of economical ywell - developedcountrys. Such structures hallallow to attach to innovative activity more quantity of regions and shall intensify evenness of country innovative development.
