The article presets conceptual scheme of open innovation cooperation. The subjects, aims and results of innovation cooperation at the micro-, meso- and macro- levels are sorted out. The comparative characteristics of close and open innovations are presented. The promising of using of open innovation for the chemical enterprise in the sphere of energy-saving technology is proved.
