Аннотация (русский):
Бактериальный поли (3-оксибутират) (ПГБ) как представитель семейства природных полимеров полиалканоатов широко используется в инновационных биомедицинских областях благодаря соответствующей комбинации биосовместимости, транспортных характеристик и биоразлагаемости без образования токсических продуктов. В обзоре представлено всестороннее описание гидролиза и ферментативного расщепления в течении длительного периода времени предпочтительно в лабораторных условиях (in vitro) и как медицинских имплантов (в естественных условиях). Кроме того, обзор посвящен сравнению литературы в области разложения ПГБ и его биомедицинского применения, включая работы авторов обзора.
