Physical and mathematical models of interaction between low pressure radio-frequency plasmas and nonwoven materials is construction. The statistical model of a felt specimen is constructed. It is shown that the negative charge acquired by a sample of a felt material in plasmas, is distributed on depth to 700 microns. It is established that at identical floating potentials the total charge of a felt sample is more than charge of a sample of a shoe cardboard for 40-50 %.
