Abstract (English):
Physical and mathematical models of interaction between low pressure RF plasma and a multilayered material for half-finished footwear top are developed. As a result concentration of electrons and ions in a positive charge layer (PCL) near a sample, ion energy and ion stream density to a multilayer material surface, intensity of electric field in PCL and on inner layer borders are defined, estimates of electric field intensity both in interlayer space, and in capillaries are carried out.
