In article outsourcing as one of innovative, operating mechanisms of development of infrastructure of the enterprises of the food industry for realization of national products of the Republic of Tatarstan is considered. The main problem of realization of national production is the conclusion to the market and sale of new production. The main components of effective development of production infrastructure of the enterprises of the food industry on means of use of transport outsourcing are revealed.
