It is shown violation of ion active transport K +, Na +, Ca 2 + and Mg 2 + through the cytoplasmic membrane cell culture HeLa after 15 min of incubation with delta-endotoxin Bacillus thuringiensis var. sotto 617. Changes in ion concentration precedes activation Mg 2 + -dependent K +, Na +- ATPase (up to 6 - 7 times), from 1 min after the addition of toxin. Such effects are characteristic to the uncouplers of oxidative phosphorylation and respiration.
