Abstract (English):
Is described the process of the analysis of risks on joint stock company “Kazan' fatty combine”: potentially dangerous factors are determined, the estimation of risk according to all revealed dangerous factors is carried out, taking into account the probabilities of their occurence and significance of consequences, in the different stages of the production of product, are described the parameters, which will be tracked and controlled, and it is also established critical limits. Obtained data became the basis of that developed Р lan HASSP. .
