Abstract (English):
Chemical process design usually has to take account of initial information uncertainty. Ignoring possible changes of uncertain parameters may lead to system's requirements violation. This article shows an example of this kind of situation in biological wastewater treatment system design problem. To obtain solution which takes into account uncertainty of information one-stage optimal design problem with probabilistic constraints has been formulated and solved.
