Тraining of post graduate students for passing a candidate examination is not only general foreign language training and teaching English for Scientific Purposes , but also the development of Academic Oral and Writing Skills. All this demands maintenance of certain norms and requirements of business communication. One of the main objectives of a foreign language teacher is broadening and strengthening of intersubject communication that promotes formation of postgraduates necessary professional foreign language competences.
