Abstract (English):
Activity of group of students of chair of military training considerably is defined by nature of relationship between his members. For example, the benevolent relationship directed on support of each other, increases quality of educational and fighting activity, instead of developed - destroys collective and complicates joint activity of his members, interferes with its unity and generates the conflicts. The commander of military collective needs to remember it always.
