Abstract (English):
Due to the probe fluorescence spectroscopy method there was studied the chitosan assotiation in aqueous-butanol media. There was defined, that due to highest critical concentration, chitosal can form hydrophobic areas, where pyrene is solubilizing. The introduction of butanol into chitosan aqueous solution, promotes the reduction of critical assotiation concentration and strengthening of polimer’s disposition to assotiation.
