Abstract (English):
The author results the new introduction for Russia and few near foreign countries of the regulatory impact control manner, describes schemes and risks implementation, its main conditions for success. The author arrives at an affirmation that regulatory impact control implementation in Russia and near foreign countries is available due to concentration on basic legislative policy changes, government program and bill development due to the demanded standards.
