Abstract (English):
I n the article the problem of professional training, solutions to these problems, both in Russia and in the Republic of Tatarstan. During the analysis of the training of qualified personnel revealed ignorance of the laws of development of functional and underfunded education system. The directions of the long-term rental of funding, staff support for higher education institutions and the system of training and retraining for the petrochemical and oil refining complex in Tatarstan.
