In this paper, we consider the effect from application of new technology of impregnation of windings of the stator induction motors of an impregnating composition on the basis of silicone lacquer KO-916K filled with aluminum nitride. The main feature of the proposed technological scheme is that as an impregnating composition for the stator windings uses silicon-organic lacquer KO-916K filled with nitride, aluminum, in the process of impregnation order to ensure a uniform distribution of particles of aluminum nitride apply ultrasonic vibrations, and front parts of electric motors encapsulated thermal conductivity composition.
