Abstract (English):
In the article reviews the main directions of reducing losses and improving the efficiency of production in small and medium businesses by using the basic principles of Kaizen. Defined the role of corporate training in the implementation of lean manufacturing technology and developed a program of training and competence for specialists introducing this system in the enterprise.
