Abstract (English):
Was studied artesian water of Scherbakovskiy brewery for the presence of undesirable impurities for the brewing and food industries. The possibility of using of modified charcoal to improve salt composition of the water in brewing. The object of investigation are used jointly active and oxidized charcoal.
