A review of agricultural crops containing inulin-type fructans. There are presented data on the content of fructans in chicory, Jerusalem artichoke and artichoke, and also in cereals which containing levan-type fructans. Consider the content of fructans in onion, agava, asparagus and amaryllidaceae family.
