Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Investigated the influence of genotype and temperature stevia extract-ing on the antioxidant activity of extracts from the leaves of stevia. INSTALLATIONS effective temperature extraction from leaves of Stevia aqueous methanolic mixture of antioxidants 80 - 90 ° C. The high antioxidant activity of the extracts of stevia leaves of different genotypes grown under long-day conditions in light culture.
