The important role of proteins in structural and functional unity of organisms is the essence of all life. The idea of the methods of isolation and purification of the mixture of proteins into individual proteins , which allows us to investigate conduct physical, chemical and biological properties of proteins is given. The advantages and disadvantages noted certain fractionation methods used to study the chemical composition , structure, and properties of proteins that are isolated from tissues from cultured cells or various biological fluids are given too.
