Abstract (English):
The features of water cooling of vacuum sputtering units are examined. The recommendations on their best way cooling are presented. Numerical calculations of pressure losses in ducts of circular and triangular crosscut by control-volume by the method in laminar and turbulent flow regimes are performed. The comparison of numerical results with literature data shows a good convergence.
